How Corporate Communication Works Effectively For You
Introduction
In the realm of business, Corporate Communication is the heartbeat of organisational success. Its role in fostering a cohesive company culture and strategy cannot be overstated in today’s digital world where competition is fierce, customers are even more demanding and technology is ever-changing.
During this 2-day workshop, you will learn how companies share corporate information with its various stakeholders through effective communication and engage them to build and maintain a positive and consistent image of the organization. You will also examine how board directors are guided by the pillars of good corporate governance to form professional relationships and finance company growth.
To make a difference on the society and environment, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) enables companies to give back to society and participate in philanthropic causes. This further builds a positive brand for the company purpose, other than profit. While CSR is a shorter-term reporting initiative, Sustainability focuses on the future growth and survival of the business while supporting CSR’s environmental, social and economic efforts. All this will be examined and discussed in class.
But how has Corporate Communications evolved over time as we advance technologically and interconnect globally, shifting social values in the process? How is this linchpin of business guiding the business strategy of the organisation, adapting to the environment and making decisions based on data, as it continues to take on new dimensions to drive success for the company. These, too, will be discussed during the workshop.
