Methodology
The workshop will include lectures, sharing, group discussions, self assessments and questionnaire and experiential activities. Participants will undergo practical hands-on for personal grooming for both male and female (personalised grooming and hygiene coaching for males, make-up & hair for females) and core values assessments questionnaire. All essentials would be provided for the workshop.

Trainer's Profile
Linda Teo is a seasoned speaker, entrepreneur, trainer, and a trailblazer in the fashion and hospitality industries. Before becoming a people developer, she was the CEO of Carrie Models and founder of Carrie Academy International. Linda's career in fashion, modeling, and grooming began under the mentorship of Carrie Wong, the founder of Carrie Models. She played a key role in the agency, which provided models, talent, courses, and event planning. In 1980, Linda took over Carrie Models, growing its talent roster from 20 to 350, with notable models like Ethel Fong, Hanis Hussey, Ivy, and Patricia Kraal, who worked with top European fashion houses. She also mentored local celebrities, including Fann Wong, Christopher Lee, and Kim Chan. Linda expanded Carrie Models' reach to Asia, opening offices in Malaysia, Indonesia, Bangkok, and Hong Kong, and later expanding into Greater China by 1998.
In 2002, Linda founded Carrie Academy International, specializing in image and brand styling. The program includes courses in image presentation, professional etiquette, makeup, modeling, fashion styling and personal colour analysis. Linda has since trained numerous top organizations across Asia in corporate image management, with several notable clients such as, Adidas, Burberry Singapore, Muji Singapore, Cortina Watch, Robinson’s Singapore, Louis Vuitton Singapore, Tiffany & Co. Singapore, Marks & Spencer, Four Seasons Hotel, Grand Hyatt Hotel, Hilton Singapore, Ritz Carlton Hotel, BMW Group Asia and more.
