Introduction
The workshop is designed for personnel at all levels and will introduce problem solving strategies and creativity in a three-step process from understanding and discovering personal creativity to learning how to use creative problem solving tools (CPS) and to practicing creativity in solving problems in given scenarios. Participants will also learn to understand the difference between creativity and innovation and learn how to apply them in given situations through group activities and presentations. Ultimately, they will learn how to be creative in solving problems.
