Digital Marketing and Content Creation For Small Businesses
Introduction
This program is overall understanding and application approaches to train the creative minds in the digital marketing space from using AIs for creative processes, to creating contents for social media, knowing how to build a simple website, and more. This is suitable for small businesses creating their content and digital marketing strategy.
It is a 2-day face-to-face course. The course focuses on 80% applications.
The Programme
The Digital Marketing Bootcamp is divided into:
1. What is AI and how can we use AI to enhance our creativity in the online marketing space?
2. Getting familiar with creative tools online and navigating your creative mind
3. Content creation principles and design thinking
4. How to do campaigns and utilise social media?
5. Building your own website/blog in Wix!
Learning Outcomes
- Learners will get to have overall understanding on what is AI today and how AI can be used to guide our content creation process using Gemini, ChatGPT, and Mid Journey for Search, Copywriting, and Image Creation.
- Learners will learn several useful tools for Content Creation online that can help boost Productivity such as Loom, Canva, Capcut, Linked in, Instagram, and Tiktok.
- Learners will learn how to create Content, Script, and more using basic Design Thinking methodologies.
- Learners will get to run a content campaign and a promotional campaign in Instagram. Learners will also get to do a simple drop down home page in Wix/ Godaddy.
Course Content
Part 1: AI IN CONTENT CREATION AND CREATIVITY
In this session, we will take a look the concept of “Artificial Intelligence” and how can we optimise the use of AI in our day to day lives especially in the context of digital marketing and creativity.
1. We will explore the use of Gemini and ChatGPT 3.5 for search, copywriting, and more. 2. We will then use MidDay to generate images that are helpful to creation of contents. 3. Finally we will cover the pros and cons of AI.
Part 2: USEFUL CREATIVE TOOLS ONLINE
With today mostly tools are on cloud. Individuals needs to be familiar in navigation and being able to multi-tasks using different creative tools and to quickly adapt to new and changing platforms as well as softwares as a service. We will be covering some tools as follows:
1. The use of Canva
2. The use of Freepik
3. The use of Capcut
4. The use of LinkedIn
5. The use of Instagram & TikTok
Part 3: CONTENT CREATION USING DESIGN THINKING
Design Thinking is used for solving problems by prioritising the consumer's needs above all else. It relies on observing, with empathy, how people interact with their environments, and employs an iterative, hands-on approach to creating innovative solutions Learners will get to apply basic ACT and SCOPE framework in content creation processes.

Part 4: SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING
Learners will be focusing on the use of TikTok and Instagram:
1. Choose a platform
2. Choose the target audience
3. Create a Campaign

6. Create the Best Engagement Strategies
7. Prepare the CTA Learners will learn the differences of Content and Promotions
Part 5: WEB DEVELOPMENT IN WIX
In this session, learners will learn how to use Wix or GoDaddy to develop simple website either to one page blog or to configure the home page. The concept of the website that the learners can choose will be:
1. Blogging
2. E-Commerce
3. Info Static Website
4. Lifestyle Website

Andre graduated with MBA from Queen Margaret University in Hospitality Services and had established more than 4 restaurant chains in Singapore & Indonesia as well as Social Demonstration Farm in Bali. Andre is a trained Chef, Barista, and Scholar for Agriculture from MASHAV, Israel.
