WSH is about & concerns the safety health & welfare of everyone viz. employees, customers & visitors. The WSH Act holds the employer & his management including Chief Executives & Directors liable in ensuring workers’ safety and health.

The management including Chief Executives & Directors are also responsible for proving that they had exercised due diligence to prevent workplace incidents as they set the safety culture of their organisation.
