As a experienced adult educator and business consultant, Sek-Kiat is dedicated to enhancing organizational performance by developing and implementing strategic training programs that align with business goals. He currently facilitates the Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) program at the Institute of Adult Learning and serves as an adjunct educator at the Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS) and Marketing Institute of Singapore (MIS).
Sek-Kiat accumulates over two decades of diverse professional experience that spans product marketing, business development, and B2B sales management. His career highlights include leadership roles at Schneider Electric, Unilever Food Solutions, and Nanyang Technological University.
Sek-Kiat holds an MBA in Banking and Finance and a Bachelor in Electronic Engineering from Nanyang Technological University. He has also obtained certifications in SEO, retail strategy and psychology. He is also ACLP certified facilitator and an active member of the Adult Education Network of Singapore.
