Course Outline

Proper and Effective Communication will result in good Collaboration effort. By having collaboration spirit, we will then be able to Create Value for our Stakeholders, Customers and Partners. This course will simulate a chaotic environment where participants are pressure to communicate with each other, collaborate to finish building a co-model and learn to create values for stakeholders.
Companies that have a high proportion of interactive and engaged people can realize tremendous productivity improvements through faster internal communication and smoother collaboration. Improved communication and collaboration through PLAY could raise the productivity of interactive and engaged people by 25 to 30 percent. Companies that depend very heavily on influencing consumers can derive considerable value through this workshop to gain a richer perspective on value creation as compared to the traditional training methods.
To reap the full benefit of a communicated and collaborative enterprise, companies must transform their structures, processes, and cultures: they will need to become more open and non-hierarchical and to create a culture of trust. Our whole brain exploration program will be facilitated by using Lego Bricks to enhance learners’ retention. Learning through Play boost positive emotions that activate the learning centers in the brain. Thus, using the principle of Neuroplasticity to strengthen the human vision, memory and cognitive power.

By modifying the nerve cell structure of the brain and reorganizing the neural network and their function, it can help learners overcome the training hindrance.

When learners are connecting with more of the brain power, they tend to be alert in noticing new things and learning through them. Learners will be more creative and innovative with new ideas as well as more able to meet new challenges productively.

The integration of Left-Brain Logic and Right-Brain Creativity improve and accelerate the developmental trajectories of learners’ brains advancement.
