*Terms and conditions:
- The Member-Get-Member scheme is open to all MIS Individual (Ordinary & Affiliate) and Corporate members. It excludes Student Memberships and Renewals.
- Eligible for new members and former members who have not been a MIS member for at least 1 year.
- For Corporate members, only the Principal and Alternate Representatives are eligible and commission will be paid directly to the company.
- To receive credit for each new member, the name of the member referrer must be stated clearly under the “Referred By" section of the membership application form.
- Forms without referrer names or qualified referrer names will not be eligible for the incentive. No retrospective claims will be entertained.
- A new member will be officially credited to his/her referrer when he/she is approved as a member and payments are received in full.
- All applications and membership payments must be received between 1 October 2008 and 31 March 2009 to participate in the “MIS Ambassador 2009” award.
- The winner will be presented a “MIS Ambassador” plaque and cash prize of S$500/- at the MIS 36th anniversary dinner.
- The Management of the Institute reserves the right to accept or reject the membership application.
- The decisions of the Institute on all matters relating to this scheme are final. No correspondences will be entertained.
