CaseTrust for Education The Marketing Institute of Singapore Training Centre unequivocally supports the Consumer Association of Singapore's (CASE) transparency guidelines and policies to demonstrate fairness in all dealings with all our students. We are committed toowards maintaining a high-level of good business and customer practice, with mechanism relating to course entry pre-requisites, course details, enrolment information, student contracts, refund of course fees, as well as transfer and withdrawal regulations in place.
Hence, it is mandatory that all students, or legal guardians if the student is under the age of 21, must sign the CASE Standard Student Contract with the training centre prior to the enrolment of each programme.

The training centre places student welfare as one of its primary focus as a not-for-profit professional training centre. In line with this, the training centre is totally committed to live to the fullest its obligations under the declared value proposition and code of ethics. Marketing Institute of Singapore Training Centre is also committed to adhere with full integrity the announced Marketing Institute of Singapore Training Centre Refund Policy that is communicated in its student contract, student handbook, website, amongst others.

Student Protection Scheme
The Marketing Institute of Singapore Training Centre has introduced, on 1 December 2004, the CASE-endorsed Student Protection Scheme and has opted for the Student Tuition Fees Insurance. Through this scheme, applicants and students' paid fees are protected in accordance with a NTUC Income Master Insurance Policy, CASE-recommended student contract and the Marketing Institute of Singapore Training Centre Refund Policy.
CaseTrust for Education stipulates that it is compulsory for all international students to enter into the Student Protection Scheme. Local students may also exercise the option to take up the insurance scheme.
