Application Procedures

For International Students:

Application Fees

S$300 - applicant needs to pay when he/she submits the Student Pass Application form to Marketing Institute of Singapore Training Centre .
Fees will be charged exclusive of tuition fees once your Student Pass Application has been approved by Singapore Immigration & Checkpoint Authority (ICA):

Administrative Fees	S$600.00*
Membership Entrance Fees	S$50.00*
Membership Fees/ year	S$50.00*
Insurance Premium for Student Protection Scheme	The amount of the Student Protection Scheme (SPS) is calculated based on individual’s course fees and course duration of studies.*

NB: All fees are exclusive of 7% GST.
* denotes one-time fees only.

Other Fees:

S$30 for Single Journey Visa (for Visa required country only, pay to ICA)
S$50-S$80 for Medical Check-up (each successful applicant needs to do a medical check-up when he/she arrived in Singapore for Student Pass purpose, pay to the ICA authorized clinics)
S$120 or S$150 for Student Pass (payable to ICA when the student collects his/her Student Pass at the ICA counter. Please take note the fees may variable depends on the length of the student pass that ICA granted, S$70 is normally for ½ to 1 year)

Application Procedure:

Two copies of the Full-Time Programme Application Form, Form 16 and Form V36 – duly completed and signed by applicant at the relevant sections (the first set of forms must be original. The second set may be photocopies of the original set).
Four recent passport-sized photographs (colour / black & white);
Applicant’s official birth certificate (original copy);
Applicant’s certified / notarized copies of highest educational certificates and result transcripts; (original copy);
Applicant’s parents’ employment letter (including position, salary and period of work). This document can be issued by the company which he/she works for. A English version must attached if the employment letter is not written in English; (This employment letter is needed for Visa required country only);
Applicant’s Passport photocopy and Personal particular page of applicant’s travel document (photocopy);
Documentary proof of financial ability at minimum of S$30,000 (i.e., equal to RMB150,000 or R$750,000.00) for more than half a year in the form of bank statements / fixed deposit accounts / saving accounts (original copy). (Documentary proof of financial ability is needed for Visa required country only);
